What am I doing?
To say what is happening now, we use am, is or are and a verb with ing. I am playing sports. He is taking photos. She is singing a song. They are drawing pictures. Look at the spelling: take becomes taking, because we drop the e. The others just add ing: play, playing; sing, singing; draw, drawing; listen, listening.
