In a restaurant the waiter brings a menu. He asks: What would you like? We answer: I’d like fish, please. I’d like some rice, please. I’d like a juice, please. We say please when we ask. We say thank you when we get the food. I’d like is a polite way to say I want. Be kind and wait for your turn.
