Birthdays and my calendar
We ask: When is your birthday? We answer: My birthday is on June 3rd. We write the month, then the day. We say: June the third. We use these endings: 1st first, 2nd second, 3rd third, 4th fourth, and then th: 5th fifth, 10th tenth. For 21st we say twenty-first. A calendar shows the days of a month in rows. In Egypt the week often starts on Saturday. Find the date, then read the day.
